RETURNS & SHIPPING


SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not include any delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.


Customs and Duties

Please note that we cannot guarantee whether customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be applied to your order. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Wolfstreet is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges incurred once the parcel reaches its destination. If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


As a registered business, we are unable to mark international orders as “gift.” All shipments must be declared as merchandise.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags still attached.


Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be accepted for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wolfstreet cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variation, we recommend returning the original order first, then placing a new order separately once your return has been approved.


CLAIMS

If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, your order is protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Checkout+ is an optional add-on available during checkout. If you opted in and need assistance, you can file a claim through the Checkout+ claims portal.
